We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PLEASE NOTE: Visa & MasterCard processing requires the CVV2 number from the back of your credit card (the last 3 digits imprinted in the signature area). This card ID is now required by banks to protect your credit card from use by persons not in possession of your card. You will be asked for this 3 digit number before you check out when purchasing online.
There is no minimum for credit card orders.
All Credit Card orders are processed by us and our name will appear on your credit card bill.
Other Payment Methods:
We accept payment in the form of personal check, cashiers check and money order.
Please Remember:
A 8% sales tax MUST be added to all New York residents purchases on taxable health and beauty products marked with an * (asterisk).

SHIPPING:
Most orders ship by UPS or first class mail within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Orders will not be delayed due to an out-of-stock item. That item will be shipped separately as a back order, with no additional shipping charges to the customer. If there is any prolonged delay for an item, you will be advised.
We ship ANYWHERE in the world. If you live outside the U.S., your shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you select your country in the Shopping Cart. For orders over If your country is not listed, please email us at info@imhotepinc.com for your shipping costs and we will reply promptly to your request. For orders outside the U.S. greater than 64 ounces (4 pounds), please contact us for shipping method and cost. Total weight of order is displayed in Shopping Cart.
Damaged Shipments:
We suggest that you visibly check all packages for damages before acceptance from the carrier. If concealed damage occurs, call us (1-800-677-8577 or 845-336-2070) Monday thru Friday, 10:00am 6:00pm EST for instructions. Make sure to include your daytime phone number. We will contact you regarding return/replacement.

RETURNS:
Any product which is unopened can be returned for full credit within 30 days. Customers will be reimbursed via the same method used for payment of the specific order involved. (Shipping is not refundable.) If the product returned has been opened, the customer will be given a credit to be used for future orders only.

THE ORDERING PROCESS:
Add items to the Shopping Cart. Specify quantity of each in the Shopping Cart.
Check the New York State resident box to include tax on taxable items (if a resident of NYS).
Orders outside USA, select your country from the shipping pull down menu.
Submit your order and fill in Billing and Shipping information.
Proceed to Secure form and enter your Credit Card information.
You will receive an email from the Shopping Cart summarizing your order.
We will e-mail you to confirm shipment of your order 1-2 days after your order is placed.
NOTE: The Shopping Cart can provide a completed order form for Credit Card payments by phone or Fax, or if you would like to mail a check or money order.
